Complaint: Delayed Claim Payment – No Feedback or Resolution I am submitting this complaint regarding Legal & Taxi. Policyholder: Nkanyiso Duma ID Number: 8904185871083 Cell: 060 822 5892 Claim Date: 30 October 2025 On the 30th of October 2025, I submitted a claim to Legal & Taxi and provided all the required documents. Since then, there has been no payment and no meaningful update from the company. Today, I phoned your offices again, but I was not given a solid or clear reason for the delay or why the claim has still not been paid. This level of service is unacceptable, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience. I request that Legal & Taxi: 1. Investigate and finalize the claim urgently, 2. Provide a clear explanation for the delay, 3. Process the payment immediately. Your urgent response will be appreciated.
