Legal Eagle's on going theft again, FNB's failure to protect their clients

Under the name 'Mercantile Ebureau' Legal Eagle has made over 4 'demand deposits' from my FNB account without my permission or knowledge. I've NEVER hear of them or authorised any such services in my life. For every dispute FNB requires me to pay a 'dispute fee' to investigate a transaction they failed to vet and in the end, I pay twice: once when my money is ****** by legal eagle (*****ulently deducted) and a second time by the bank that fails to protect my finances. Please help.
