Unauthorised Debt order
This is very serious I see complaints of unauthorised debits from this company this is happening to me I did not sign up or accepted any legal policy from this company I don’t even know it but I’m being debited Howww?????

Unapproved debit orders
Debit orders was deducted from my account without being affiliated with this company. Also no debicheck was approved nor contract was signed. Can someone from Legal eagle please contact me with this regard.

Legal Eagle's on going theft again, FNB's failure to protect their clients
Under the name 'Mercantile Ebureau' Legal Eagle has made over 4 'demand deposits' from my FNB account without my permission or knowledge. I've NEVER hear of them or authorised any such services in my life. For every dispute FNB requires me to pay a 'dispute fee' to investigate a transaction they failed to vet and in the end, I pay twice: once when my money is ****** by legal eagle (*****ulently deducted) and a second time by the bank that fails to protect my finances. Please help.

I would like to warn job seekers to avoid this place at all cost. This company trades under two names Legal Eagle and Starlight Holdings and they're situated in Cape Town Maitland indabeni 10 Melck street. I've worked there for 4 months and only recieved one full salary during that time. I got payed nothing afterwards. They can't hold onto staff because of their unwillingness to pay their employees, its mostly empty. The boss name is Nathan Smith and he's a ***** who *****s from desperate individuals looking for work. They left me with more dept than anything. These are *****sters and should be avoided at all costs. Companies such as these should never exist.

Legal Eagle *****ulent debit orders
This company put through *****ulent debit orders. When you contact them their customer service department claims that they investigated the matter and that it was a rogue agent that loaded the debit order. They will “deal” with the agent. Few months later *****ulent debit orders go off again. I reported this to them. Weeks later and not a word or response from them. Whatch your statements as these amounts are always below R100 and they try to de***** people.
