Debit order of R95 on the 25th June and July Goldstar 13790W unauthorized account activities on FNB Account.Any reason why FNB Account is easily accessible to random debit orders.
Can someone tell me from Legal Eagle who gave you access to debit R89 x4times without my concern from my FNB account.
I took out Car insurance and i was charged R1200 by a broker& the person that assisted me was Kechan from We sure just to get a car insurance cover on the 28 March and then i signed with SAUnderwriters policy 000113686-01 which they charge me 702 1st in the same month. I mesntioned in our conversation that im looking for insurance to cover the vehicle so it can be release from the dealer otherwise my employer will cover my vehivle as soon as its registered under my name.. I then sent an email on the 24 April 2023 to the relevant parties info@saunderwriters and Admin@wesure a Felicia called me the nect day to confirm my clarify my & confirm my cancellation and she said she was going to send me an sms which i never received. On thr 2May got a surprised i was debitted R706.31 and I called them 1st person i spoke with was tranferring to Felicia until i ran out of min.I tried again thr next person claimed they can't pick me up on the system, 3rd person said will transfer me to Felicia again instead he transferred me to Be sure..something. All that struggle in trying to cancel the insurance .lady person told me Felicia doesnt even havecan aithority for cancellation.I just opted to go to my bank and did a reversal cause i was never going to Win. Eventually i received an email confirmation @ 13h44 after i have done a reversal from bank. Moral of my view I was not pleased with the after sale service and I wouldn't recommend the service provider to anyone I know.
Hi can someone assist me with this Fnb Premier Account - Bank card expired on the 31 May 2020 to this date I have not received my card. On the 6th June 2020. I went to Fnb Walmer Park Mall to find out and the consultant called Premier and they said I was gonna be call in 2days for delivery. Never received any call to date instead today I wanted to access money from my cheque Account to my surprise my account has even disappeared from the fnb App now I can't even transfer from chq to credit card to access the cash.So what must I do now, actually I think just downgrade that account to a normal Gold Account and so I can go to the bank and just get myself a normal transactional debit card once to make my life easy and happier. The person from Premier said they can't send the card to the bank it has to be delivered but I have nothing. NMpati
Please can someone tell me how long does it take to get a medical aid.<br> <br> I applied for a Medical Aid sent my Application via email end of March and Instead of an cknowledgement to say thank you for application application one of our consultant will contact you. <br> <br> I received an email from Bonitas with my whole application back plus a death certification of a Mr Roderick Freddy Wangra and I called the Call centre to find out what the email meant and they told me they are still busy with my application and I call again and I was told that my application was forwarded to the Marketing department and someone was going to call me till to date I have not heard anything from Bonitas almost a month now.<br> <br> I'm still waiting for anything feedback or regret if there's something like that these days with Medical aids.
