This company put through *****ulent debit orders. When you contact them their customer service department claims that they investigated the matter and that it was a rogue agent that loaded the debit order. They will “deal” with the agent. Few months later *****ulent debit orders go off again. I reported this to them. Weeks later and not a word or response from them. Whatch your statements as these amounts are always below R100 and they try to de***** people.
This company debited my account with two amounts without my authorisation. I never dealt with them or agreed to any services from them. Where did they get my banking details to debit my account?
This must be the worst KFC branch in SA. Twice this week they could not sell breakfast as the "egg machine is broker". Their timer is not working and they let clients wait in the parking lot for their food if they are too slow to assist you. What is even worst is that you have to walk to the drive though window after 10 - 15 minutes to ask where is your food. If yo refuse to go wait in the parking lot you get attitude from the staff. I am sure they then spit in your food. I had to drive to a KFC further away to get breakfast. This is not my first complaint about this branch. It just seems nothing is been done by head office of management.
I did a cancellation request online (22 July) on the Telkom site as they require and I was promised a call within 7 days to finalise cancellation. No call, no feedback. I then completed a complaint form on their site as no one is getting back to me. Surprise, surprise, still no call or feedback. I took out a new internet contract from another company and is not willing to pay for two contracts.
Can someone at Homechoice Head Office PLEASE WAKE UP???? Another debt collection company called me again last night at my home. How many times must I explain that I am harassed in error. I wil now escalate this to media and get legal advice to sue you for stress & inconvenience for all this haras*****t.
Someone opened an account in my name at home choice in 2017. I reported this to homechoice and they confirmed it is indeed fraud and that my name will be cleared. It is may 2019 and my name is listed on credit bureaus and I was handed over to attorneys. I received a call from MDB or MBD attorneys after hours at home tonight threatening me that I owe homechoice. This is not the first call or first attorney calling me. I am being harassed and intimidated because homechoice can not do their job and clear my name. I will take this to the NCR and all media platforms. I am tired of this constant harassment. I proofed that it was fraud and homechoice confirmed it. NOW PLEASE CLEAR MY NAME!!!!
My SIM is still not activated. Logged a complaint yesterday morning very early. NO RESPONSE OR ASSISTANCE FROM THE SO-CALLED customer service team at Telkom.
