No Service, unprofessional legal services

I contacted Legal X regarding a legal matter. I received a prompt response from the administrative staff who referred me to Mr Gerard Delport for legal advice. Mr Delport requested the adjudication report and promises to provide me with a prompt response. On the 4th of February 2022, I followed up on Mr Gerard Delport who ignored my email. My matter has lapsed due to the non responsiveness of Legal X. This is terrible and unprofessional service. I waisted my money on this policy. This is the worst type of legal service ever, I pay my policy every month to useless legal service. I will also report the matter to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman so that I can get all my money back due to non service.
