yet another delay tactic

I paid my fees in full two years ago, upfront and without any instalment arrangement. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and made numerous calls, all of which were ignored.

It was only after I posted on HelloPeter in January that I finally received a response. I was contacted and promised that my matter would be handled urgently. We are now in March, and nothing has progressed.

I have since been told that the person who contacted me(Mr Dube) no longer works for the company, and that there is no record of what, if any, work was done on my case. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they were “too busy” and that the company has its “own processes,” and that "MAYBE" I would receive feedback if I left my contact details.

After paying in full and waiting two years, this treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful. To date, I have received no service, no resolution, and no accountability.

Clear Me Now, Legal Clear or whatever they decide to call themselves next, did not assist me at all. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before giving this company their hard‑earned money.
