Good day my mom went to go have her VW Polo TSI car to go get polished at this company and she was referred to by NTT motors as they work together because theyoutsource. To cut the story short. The guy working there advised her to get the engine of the car cleaned as they do that with Pre owned cars of NTT motors and she told them at first that the cleaning of the engine can damage the car so she doesn't want it but then the guy working there advised that they do clean engines off NTT motors and he reassured her that from experience since they do NTT motors pre owned cars that there won't be any damage to the car.So she agreed they do that.Next thing when she fetches the car she notices that the radio of the car is not working the screen. She then reported back and they started being arrogant and that it's not their fault because they don't understand why and they aren't willing to fix the car.So they mislead her and then after they don't want to take responsibility of their negligence.I write because I want this issue addressed or they will have to deal with our lawyers and media to resolve this issue,if it's not fixed within 48 hours. They are a bad company and need to be outsourced or this still more innocent people who will suffer through them.NTT Motors is this what we expect from your referrals.

<div>I have been servicing my vehicle at Legend Motors in East London. Initial I really thought they were good only to find that they were actually taking advantage of me. in August I took my car there as it had a sign of faulty oil cooler. this I assumed when I saw oil in the water bottle but my dipstick was clean without water. They told me my oil cooler is ok so they would have to open the car and check my gasket. They told they have to take my top to the engineers for inspection. I was told my top is back and I was never told what was the problem and I was given a bill of more than R16000. They told me I have a warrant of 10000km. On the day when I fetched the when I had driven 10km engine light came on and I immediately call to report it, they told me to bring the vehicle back but when I got there the light was gone. since it was on friday, I took the vehicle back on Monday and they clear the errors and told me to check oil and water constantly. In October I had an accident on the vehicle which affected the cooling system. I took the vehicle to Legend motors for repairs and they gave me a quote of more than R45000. I told them I cannot afford it. Since they had stripped the vehicle they charged me R1800. I used their quotation to get parts and thats when I find out that some parts were not even needed and most of the parts were inflated by more than 400%. My cooling system was restored for less than R1500, parts and labour included. On the 17th of December I took my for an interval inspection and the mechanic realised when he opened the sump that oil is mixing water. Fortunately the same service provider I used to to restore my cooling system is the same as the one that I took my vehicle for a service to. When I report this problem to Legend motors they told me that I have voided my engine warranty by letting someone else other than themselves to fix my vehicle</div>
