Washing machine LG 18KG

I purchased a washing machine at Game Eastgate years ago LG 18KG years ago and I took years extended warranty.On the 24th of December I noticed that my machine is leaking at the back I called game Eastgate spoke to Morgan he said he log in the complaint for the technician l kept on doing follow ups on the 29th,30th,5th of January 9th,13th he said game customer service gave them the reference number 266GR.From the 13th I called customer service I spoke to Babalo,16th spoke to Phindo then same day afternoon spoke to Joslin up to now they are still escalating my complaint
