Very poor poor customer service

I went to groblersdal legit store to return ihad a bad customer service the staff gaved me attitude and even **** they say they don't refund online orders. I did not even get help. They don't even want to listen on what I'm saying when I ask questions I'm not given answers im so dissapointed because ilove the products so much but due to that treatment I've got I'll never go there.
