I placed an order for R2096 on the 21 August 2025. After numerous calls and emails, and incorrect order was dispatched to me on the 22 October. I immediately lodged a return and surprisingly the order was collected the next day, 23 October. Since then I've been trying to get a refund. The company is absolutely unprofessional. Staff are inefficient. Imagine sending me clothing I did not order and expecting me to accept this. Today, there's an automatic response on their WhatsApp apologizing and stating no refunds can be made only store credit. I purchased online. I just want my money back. Don't ever order online from Leigh Schubert.
