I placed an order for R2096 on the 21 August 2025. After numerous calls and emails, and incorrect order was dispatched to me on the 22 October. I immediately lodged a return and surprisingly the order was collected the next day, 23 October. Since then I've been trying to get a refund. The company is absolutely unprofessional. Staff are inefficient. Imagine sending me clothing I did not order and expecting me to accept this. Today, there's an automatic response on their WhatsApp apologizing and stating no refunds can be made only store credit. I purchased online. I just want my money back. Don't ever order online from Leigh Schubert.

I ordered a skirt from their online store . It's more than a month now and I'm still waiting. They don't reply to your emails and when you use whatsapp all they say is that Leigh is going through a tough time and they can't refund you but can give you store credit. The funny thing is they don't have a walk in store . I would like to caution people not to buy from them because they are ****ming their customers to buy clothes only to not deliver . I would've preferred not to give them 1 star at all.

I bought a dress on the 10th of December i have been waiting they have not delivered my deress. I looked for a number where i can call them they dont have one. I placed an order on the official website on 30 November 2025. I received no feedback or order. On the 17 December I wrote to them on WhatsApp. Nicole who responded said she would attend to the order as a matter of urgency. When revisiting their Whatsapp number today 29 December it says " This is not an easy message to share After two very difficult years I have faced mistakes unexpected change and challenges I underestimated I take full responsibility for the disappointment caused I have been hands on working to repair what has been damaged I cannot offer cash refunds right now but can offer exchanges or store credit I am rebuilding with humility care and accountability Thank you for your patience, Leigh." She should do much better and offer a public statement if this is truly the case. The company should at the very least offer full disclosure at purchasing so that customers can make an informed decision as whether they want to proceed with a purchase that will not be refunded. For a big brand such as theirs they are doing so poorly. Smaller business do better.

I don't know what has happened to this business internally over the last year but their level of service is severely lacking! In 2024 I ordered a yellow dress to told after the purchase and payment went through, that had no stock of the item. They then offered the same style of dress in black which I accepted. I received the dress and wondered why it was too big in size. Realised that the tag size did not match the label size. So returned the dress at my own cost and requested a refund which took FOREVER to finalise. Their responses to my constant follow ups was a tone of irritation. (Like check your banking it's been refunded). Decided I would try one last time with them this year and on the 29th Aug I ordered a dress to the value of R1650 online. Today the 26th Nov - I am no where near hearing about the progress of this order and their order tracking feature on the site states "unfilfilled". I have sent countless emails and whatsapp messages.....BUT WAS SHOCKED to see that you ACTUALLY CANNOT CALL THEM! They don't take calls!! Please do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague!

I bought a dress for my cousin Thokozani on the 24th of August.Unfortunately the dress was a bit big on her so we issued a return on the 3rd of September so we can be refunded.The dress was taken after the 15th of September and on the 22nd of September,I recieved an email confirming my refund to happen within 10 days.When I did a follow up after not recieving a refund,we were told that they do not refund any items on sale.I confirmed with them that the dress was not on sale when I bought it.The person we spoke to said they inform the admin to pay the refund.They are sorry of the inconvienance but 'til today NO REFUND and the dress is with them,even worse they are no longer responding on whatsapp.Their online store is horrible.I want my money back.

At this point, I have given up on getting my money back. I have been a fan of Leigh Schubert's since her retail days in DDE, Durban, way back, but I doubt I will ever buy any product of hers moving forward. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
