Im am very disappointed with Forever New SA Gateway branch.I bought an item online,unfortunately it didnt fit me as expected.I went to do an exchange however was not available in store so I decided to buy a dress.Whilst I was fitting the dress I saw that it was damaged.I went to the till to report the damage and I told them that I will still buy the dressed even thou it is damaged because my size was no longer available.I expectec them to be very lineant as the dress was damaged.Maybe a little bit of discount.They refused,they will sell it to me with the normal price.How disappointing.
I do not know if I should say Old mutual is the best company or not.Firstly a fradulent policy was opened in my name,made several complaint and it was resolved quickly along with my refund.In September,I took a policy for me and my daugther so when I called to do a verification on when is the first debit order,I was given the date 15 October however they picked up that my policy has a duplicate then cancelled the duplicate so I was left with one debit order for R190.To my surprise I was debited two times and locked the second debit order to not be reversable.Please kindly assist.I want my refund
I bought a dress for my cousin Thokozani on the 24th of August.Unfortunately the dress was a bit big on her so we issued a return on the 3rd of September so we can be refunded.The dress was taken after the 15th of September and on the 22nd of September,I recieved an email confirming my refund to happen within 10 days.When I did a follow up after not recieving a refund,we were told that they do not refund any items on sale.I confirmed with them that the dress was not on sale when I bought it.The person we spoke to said they inform the admin to pay the refund.They are sorry of the inconvienance but 'til today NO REFUND and the dress is with them,even worse they are no longer responding on whatsapp.Their online store is horrible.I want my money back.
I signed up a contract with crisis shield for hospital cash back plan.My plan was to join me,spouse and my children under the age of 21.My representative was Steven and I was told in terms of claiming I should provide a fully completed claim form,discharge form,ID copies and proof of account.I was never told that they neec an affidavit however I comp****.The next thing they ask for hospital bill.I had to call the hospital from September 12 until today asking for hospital bill.Finally I recieved it today and I submitted it to crisis shield.For the 3rd time they are telling me that "we can not process the claim,we want the diagnosis" the same diagnosis that is written on the claim form.I am assuming they do not want to pay me because as a company if you want to validate more information that is not specified,you simply call the hospital of the treating doctor.So Im puzzled,I do not know if this is a fly by night or daylight *******??I do not trust them anymore.
I do not if Metropolitian is a **** or not.I wrote a review last week complaining about the process being long overdue and then on Monday on the 29th of September,I recieved an SMS stating the my surrenrr has been complited.I will recieve my funds within the next 24hrs but until today,No funds in my account.Im so disappointed and irritated
I surrendered my retirement annuity last week Wednesday on the 19th of September.When I did a follow up on Friday,I was today that they are for the directive from SARS and until today,I have not recieved my funds.They keep on telling me the same thing when I call.This is worst experiance I had with Metropolitian.I have done this before and it was so fast and easy.I never waited for this long.Their service is so poor,mind you I have not recieved any communication from them.
I went to the SARS branch in Umhlanga KZN to do my returns on the 21st of July.I submitted every document that was required because I am a person who is living with a physical disability so I also need to submit a ITRDD form.As I was doing my return with an agent,I informed the agent that I am no longer using my previous account as I have a personal loan there so Im repaying that loan with an arrangement.Then,I asked the agent to please update my banking details and I believed she did because she even confirmed the last four digits of my account number as it appears on the system.To my surprise on the 30th of July they paid my refund to the previous account,I also recieved an SMS from SARS informing me that if there is any enquiry regarding the refund,I must go to the previous bank for them to reverse my money of which is highly impossible however I did go to the previous bank sk the consultant told me that unfortunately they can not help me because I did not deposit the funds so SARS needed to do a recall refund.I went back to SARS,luckily the same agent who assisted me on the 21st of July was the one who assisted me on the 30th of July as I was back to do the recall refund as insturcted.Fortunate enough the agent recalled my face and remembered everything we discussed.She even confirmed that she did file my current banking details but she will do the recall refund and I will recieve feedback after 21 working days of which is today and there is no communication.I called yesterday to enquire and they responded saying they are not picking up anything on the system.I can not always go to the branch because it is very far.I need to pay for tolls and petrol and I do not have that money.SARS is very irresponsible,they wanted me to go to the bank and rectify their mistake.Its their fault they must fix it
I requested a payment holiday for 3months and then i was told that will commence on the first of August which means i wont be debited on the 15th August but to my surprise i was debited and then i called them today to do a follow up i was told that they are very much sorry the system will do a refund its will take 15working days then if not i must call them on the 05th September they will do a transfer immediately to my account.So my quiry is dont they do that transfer into my account immediately because i need that money to pay for copayment of my hospital admission n i cannot wait for 15days.
I had a policy that was opened against my will or authority.I reported the matter to the legalwise customer care on the 16th of July and the response was I must fill in the forms and submit all necessary documents including the proof of account for my refund but 'til today,they keep on sending me smses and emails confirming that my policy has been closed but they are not saying anything regarding my refund.When I call to enquire,they tell me that the assesser of my case is not available,they will leave a message so she can call me back.Mind you,I do not need anyone calling me,I just want my refund because the policy was *****ulent.It has been 23 working days with no refund.Why did they need the proof of account if they are not going to refund me.
I was a part an investment not knowing its a pyramid scheme,So i received my profits to the minor account i own of NB Ndwandwe,then Capitec Bank froze my account and couldnot access the funds they said they are doing investigation and then today they told me that they will not release my account however i dnt care much about the account the only thing m concern about is my money in that account.Please kindly assist me to this matter
