I signed up a contract with crisis shield for hospital cash back plan.My plan was to join me,spouse and my children under the age of 21.My representative was Steven and I was told in terms of claiming I should provide a fully completed claim form,discharge form,ID copies and proof of account.I was never told that they neec an affidavit however I comp****.The next thing they ask for hospital bill.I had to call the hospital from September 12 until today asking for hospital bill.Finally I recieved it today and I submitted it to crisis shield.For the 3rd time they are telling me that "we can not process the claim,we want the diagnosis" the same diagnosis that is written on the claim form.I am assuming they do not want to pay me because as a company if you want to validate more information that is not specified,you simply call the hospital of the treating doctor.So Im puzzled,I do not know if this is a fly by night or daylight *******??I do not trust them anymore.

Crisis shield don't pay claims
Crisis shield doesn't want to settle claims in time, also if you ask how long are they going to settle it they don't say. At first they came as a good and reliable company, little did we know that they are not to be trusted. My number is 0633628100. ID 8603070351088

Crisis shield don't pay claims
Crisis shield doesn't want to settle claims in time, also if you ask how long are they going to settle it they don't say. At first they came as a good and reliable company, little did we know that they are not to be trusted. My number is 0633628100. ID 8603070351088

Crisis Shield debit order (unsatisfied customer)
Hello Peter Ntombizakhe Tshababalala, my id number is 620614 0837086. I reported a debit order by crisis shield on hello Peter on the 16th August 2024. I informed my employer (department of education) about the matter. I still get debited till now. I hope that my request will be attended with high consideration

Crisis shield debit order
Dear sir/madam I am Ntombizakhe Tshabalala, id number 620614 0837 086. It is with deep concern that I realised that there is an insurance/policy by the name of crisis shield that is deducting from my persal. I don’t and never signed any contract with them. I googled them and realised they are somewhere in Johannesburg. When discovering their phone numbers they don’t answer and no reply in any message. I need them to reverse my money as of April 2024 till to date. The two policies are highlighted on my payslip dated June 2024. I hope that my request will be attended with high consideration.
