If there was a zero star I would tick and give Assupol zero, there is a pending claim that I submitted on September 9 till today. I'm feeling drained and tired 😩😴. Which means in order for Assupol to do their own job, I must write to Hello Peter? Over and over? I'm disappointed 😔☹️ and angry 😡.
There was a time last month where I was admitted in hospital. When I claim the lady named Khanyisile Kunene told me that because I'm owing 2 premiums, they are going to take their premiums, I agreed. Now my son Now was in hospital I submitted claim on 9September 2025, they never cared about the claim as always. Now she sent me the email yesterday telling me that I'm still owing them, this time she said I'm owing 3 months. I sent her proof of payment, she didn't even care to tell me if she saw it. At first I was contacted by a male assessor, later she called me. And Im no longer happy with her because every time I speak to her I will get frustrated, this lady is giving me headache always. She sent me a form that must be filled by Dr who treated my son. I haven't sent it back to Assupol, but now just because I stood up for myself to her she told Amo or whoever, that she want this claim to be investigated. I see so much hatred this lady have with me, I haven't even sent the form that she want. Last time during my claim process she insulted me, I told her how offended I was, but hey she didn't care. Yesterday I stood up for myself, I think that made her upset. If there was a zero star I would tap it. Like who can submit a claim on 9 September, till now that claim is not solved?
If there was option of Zero star I would take it, I'm being bul**** by Assupol lady, named Khanyisile Kunene. I had a claim last month, well I was owing them two premiums, the took those premiums from the claim pay out. Now my son was in hospital, still Khanyisile is telling me that I must pay the premiums that I already paid, last time I spoke to her she told me to ask the Dr that was treating my son to fill form as she wants more information, I told her I will go to Dr, and do as she wants. Now yesterday I saw her email demanding two premiums, which I paid, I stood up for myself for the very first time to this lady, I told her that id rather be in contact with the guy who is the assessor of the claim. Because she always frustrate me. Then this morning she cc'd me on an email telling someone that she want my son's claim to be investigated. I haven't even sent back the form back to her. So my question is, did she ask the claim to be investigated because I stood up on her? And I have not even return the form she sent me. They don't care about the clients, I submitted documents for claim on 9 September, till today, nobody has contacted me, or email me. Assupol is not to be trusted.
I joined Fedhealth in June 1 2025, unfortunately my previous medical aid kept on deducting the monthly contributions, as a result that I was owing 2 contribution at Fedhealth, then Fedhealth terminated my membership, I wrote email asking them to reinstate my membership, they refused, mind you they have my money with them. R2990, to me that is *******. Since they don't want to reinstate my membership they must bring back my money. Because there were no claim was done on Fedhealth membership.
I had claims that are not paid, African Unity advised Crisis Shield not to settle these claims, it been more than enough now. Everytime when I call Crisis Shield to get updates on the claim they say African Unity has told them not to pay, for what, I don't know. I'm very upset and disappointed. My number is 0633628100. Hollard is advising IUA to reject the claim, I was sick in March 17 2025, I was then admitted in hospital and I was operated, now I submitted claim, Hollard sent their guys to see if I was in hospital, they shouted at hospital staff, demanding them of answers and information, they gave them every evidence they wanted. But till today I have not seen any update from Hollard, IUA just confirmed that Hollard told them to reject this claim. My number is 0633628100
I have submitted a claim with Assupol for more than 2 weeks, but they don't pay for it, even their complain department is folding their arms, today since morning I've been sending countless emails but no response, I made countless calls but the Assupol consultants are laughing at me and they dropped the phones, I'm helpless and I feel defeated. I tried so hard, but they don't care about me. Even the assessor herself, she no longer communicate with me. 0633628100
