I placed an order on the official website on 30 November 2025. I received no feedback or order. On the 17 December I wrote to them on WhatsApp. Nicole who responded said she would attend to the order as a matter of urgency. When revisiting their Whatsapp number today 29 December it says " This is not an easy message to share After two very difficult years I have faced mistakes unexpected change and challenges I underestimated I take full responsibility for the disappointment caused I have been hands on working to repair what has been damaged I cannot offer cash refunds right now but can offer exchanges or store credit I am rebuilding with humility care and accountability Thank you for your patience, Leigh." She should do much better and offer a public statement if this is truly the case. The company should at the very least offer full disclosure at purchasing so that customers can make an informed decision as whether they want to proceed with a purchase that will not be refunded. For a big brand such as theirs they are doing so poorly. Smaller business do better.
Earlier this year I subscribed to Network24. The online subscription process was seamless. I decided to cancel the subscription in August 2025. Despite sending emails to the support desk (indicated on their website) as the online cancellation was unsuccessful, deductions from my bank account still took place. On request of the Call Centre Agent - I sent all supporting documentation to process a refund and affect the cancellation. 4 months later and many emails to them. I was informed as a customer it was my fault and they will not refund the subscription fees. This despite all evidence that I have followed due process. I do not recommend subscribing with Netwerk24. They are not customer centred. Their processes are inefficient and bias to the company.
Our Family met Jacques Briel and his team a few years ago. Over this time Jacques and his team assisted our family with a number of projects around the house. We have not had even the slightest probelm with any of the products he manufactured. Over the past few years, Jacques had driven 140 km's to do quotations and delivery as well as installations. Jacques communicates very often. He is always accessible. He always responds via email or telephone. He makes an effort to update customers regarding the progress of the products they purchased. You never feel alone or confused. He is truly a man of his word. With Jacques and Alucape as a brand, our family has built a trusting relationship. We trust Alucape and what they stand for. There are so many fly by night people who is just out to take your money - and they dissaper, produce the wrong product or just use dodgy material. I want to say thank you to Alucape, Jacques and recently Nathan who did an incredible job in installing our doors. You are truly the best. For all who are wondering about Alucape - please do not take my word for it, test them. I highly recommend Alucape Expert.
