Earlier this year I subscribed to Network24. The online subscription process was seamless. I decided to cancel the subscription in August 2025. Despite sending emails to the support desk (indicated on their website) as the online cancellation was unsuccessful, deductions from my bank account still took place. On request of the Call Centre Agent - I sent all supporting documentation to process a refund and affect the cancellation. 4 months later and many emails to them. I was informed as a customer it was my fault and they will not refund the subscription fees. This despite all evidence that I have followed due process. I do not recommend subscribing with Netwerk24. They are not customer centred. Their processes are inefficient and bias to the company.

I have sent emails and most recently discussed my issue on Whattsapp. I subscribe to tthe Huisegenoot and the Kuier on behalf of my Mom in Law. We pay monthly for these 2 magazines to be delivered to our home address. It has been great for months and now for the last 3 weeks we have not received any. This is hugely unacceptable as my mom in law will be 90 next month and is very frail so she loves her magazines. I cannot get an answer or when I do, they don't keep to their word. I am disgusted that no one gives me an answer and sticks to their word.

We all understand that spamming adds in people faces is one of the ways large companies make money. But here I am today, asking you that regarding the adds on your app, please stop using moving adds. This is a news outlet app. Why do I have a moving add in my eye line while trying to read one of your articles? This is a problem on the Afrikaans and English version. By all means, keep the adds, but make them so they stand still and people can actually read your articles without being distracted the whole time by moving adds. This is psychological games to make your eye shift to the add, and its sick.

I have unsubscribed from this business now for 6 months. Without fail they still charge me for a service I have no need for and have told them repeatedly to stop delivering to me. I read of clients here who have paid and can't get access .... wow you are lucky ... they ***** money from me monthly and as per the norm .... there is not a single way to get hold of them. Follow the contact us link? And pray. Nobody home. Nobody interested. Not a single person available to talk to. Ever.

I am very sad to see that the classic website https://mieliestronk.co.za is no longer reachable, but instead redirects to Netwerk24. This has completely perverted the goal of the Mieliestronk website as an Afrikaans search engine of sorts. In its place we only get news. Very disappointed.

I am a subscriber of Network 24 for more than 7 years. I have made a payment for the subscription on 12 April 2024. I have send the proof of payment on the wapp number which were given to me. Today I received a message that the subscription has been cancelled due to non-payment. After several phone calls, I had to submit the proof of payment again by whatsapp, just to receive a message that it will take another 3 days for Finance department to allocate the payment. So this money were received by Netwerk 24 one week ago and still not been allocated? This service is really pathetic. I spoke to a lady by the name of Esme on wapp, hence it got worst.

Swak diens.Eerstens stelsel fout,2 maande se betaling word uit my bank getrek. Dit word aan my gesê hulle betaal dit nie terug nie. En so moet ek elke maandag s***el om my diens te herstel. Het my subskrupsie gestop nog voor die tyd versteke was. Meer aan oproepe betaal as aan diens self. Swak verby.
