Absolutely shocking service

I wish I could give a negative rating!!! The service is absolutely shocking. I have been trying to cancel my membership since January 2021 and all I get is emails asking my to pay. They last call I have I was told it would be cancelled that very week. Another month has passed an absolutely nothing has been done!!
