Such a disappointment! The order was on the road by 2pm and at 9:30pm we received a call asking if they can deliver, to which we answered, come back in the morning. Come morning the order of a fruit basket with a selection of sweet treats arrives without the sweet treats. Numerous emails, and no response. I'm not ordering from them again. Do better Netflorist!!!!
Non existent service: Logged a claim on 14 April (that went smoothly). Dedicated Advisor assigned to my claim. And then ABSOLUTELY no communication. The assessor contacted me directly, and I them, but not a work from Dialdirect, either in response to messages on the app or website (after promises of replying by the next business day). The website and app show completely different statuses for my claim! Dialdirect you need to up your game, a funky app is useless if it's not followed with superlative customer service
I wish I could give a negative rating. No one answers emails whatsapps or questions directly on their website! Order landed, VAT and duties paid, and then NOT A SINGLE COMMUNICATION ... this is absolutely shocking service
trying to get to speak to a human is a nightmare: It took 30 minutes of pushing buttons before I managed to speak to someone in the call centre. And then their was so much loud talking and laughing in the background that I couldn't hold a conversation ... this is aa shocking way to conduct business! And I have yet to receive a response to my email from Dialdirect
Absolutely dismal service: no, incorrect and incomplete communication, asking for the same information over and over again after having sent it. Making promises that aren't delivered on. It's been almost 4 months and we're no closer to getting our container to Australia. Been told this has been escalated to the MD and this is now highest priority.... and still we wait. Shocking experience!
Shocking experience! My debit order is supposed to go off 27th of each month. Feb- no deduction and after numerous calls and emails the excuse was the new debicheck system wasn't working, but the payment was deducted manually . March, same thing! I have now made so many calls, sent so many emails. Promises by Ford Credit that the error will be resolved and my payment would be deducted 9 April. No deductions, just sms that this will be a black mark on my credit record. I called again only to be told there was no outstanding debit order. On further emails, I was told I now need to contact their Debt Counselling Department ... no I don't! There are sufficient funds in my account at all times, do not cast a shadow on me for your ineptitude!!!
