**** products and no customer care
I bought boar bristle brushes. They arrived and they're extremely cheap plastic, melted on first use with a little heat which I've never seen before. Do not purchase. The delivery was quick and they included a free satchet sample of something I'm not sure what it is, but the money I paid for the **** products won't be reimbursed so I'm not happy with the service if the stuff you're selling is bogus! I asked them to remove their false adverti*****t but there is no response yet. Getting hold of them by phone/email/Whatsapp is non-existent, they will not reimburse, offer an apology or remove **** product listings.

Super fast Service
I placed an order on the 02/03/25. I received the parcel on the 03/03/25. I live in a remote area of the country and have never experienced such a super fast efficient service. Thank you very much.

Excellent! I love them
Excellent service! I ordered on a Saturday, they delivered for free by Tuesday...product is in excellent condition and everything was so reliable and trustworthy. Would recommend this business every time!

Zero stars from a very disappointed, previously long-standing, loyal customer!!
UNACCEPTABLE!!! I ordered from you for the umpteenth time and my expensive package has been delivered to the WRONG customer, with the driver, knowing that this package is NOT this person's order, but goes ahead, leaves it in their hands and leaves!! Now you tell me "it's just a mistake"!!! ***?!?!? Should I make " just a mistake" in my line of work, someone might litteraly lose their life, so THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! If you and your courier delivery people are ***********, I will order from abroad in future!! Zero stars from a very disappointed, previously long-standing, loyal customer!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They recommended a colour and it turned my hair green and I contacted customer service and they just suggested I buy more products! They don't care about their customers, money is obviously a priority!

Great products and exceptional delivery service
I ordered on Black Friday (the busiest of all days for deliveries). Hairhouse Warehouse is in Jo'burg and I'm in Cape Town. By Tuesday morning, I had my parcel! Excellent products and outstanding delivery service.

Hairhouse Warehouse has an exceptional customer support team!
I'm very impressed with the outstanding service the customer support team provided at Hairhouse Warehouse yesterday. I ordered a Brazil Cacau flat iron but when I received it it was unfortunately faulty. I was disappointed and scared that the return process would be lengthy and complicated but was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and helpful they were! They shipped a new iron yesterday, which I received via RAM today and I returned the faulty iron at the same time. They were really wonderful throughout the communication, aways responding with empathy, apologising and going out of their way to ensure I'm happy. Customer service like that is rare!! I was initially upset like I say but they turned my experience around with their positivity and willingness to assist and get a new iron to me promptly. I've been a customer for years, never had an issue like this before but am grateful it didn't escalate and will remain a loyal customer for many more years. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for affordable hair and beauty products!
