Totally not professional
The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They drop calls when you’re #1 in the queue, ignore callback requests, and the whatsapp chat support close your tickets without responding. They have my package since the 15th at the delivery depot, but apparently, they don't have the decency to answer a simple question. Utterly useless.

Non Delivery
Cannot deliver as they promised. Keeps telling me the same story and it is the same person every time. I suggest you do not use them if you felt like ordering from them don't.

Eskom Cant Make Power
No Power When I Wake This Morning. They did not even wake me up to inform me that they will be switching my power off.

Pathetic Credit Card Serviced
Pathetic customer service. I have tried for 2 days to get hold of them now to replace a card. They don't respond to emails nor man the phone lines as after 15minutes of holding the line drops. However, if you phone new applications, they can answer your call in 10 seconds then transfer you to the non-manned phones where again after 15 minutes the call get dropped.
