Zero stars from a very disappointed, previously long-standing, loyal customer!!

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I ordered from you for the umpteenth time and my expensive package has been delivered to the WRONG customer, with the driver, knowing that this package is NOT this person's order, but goes ahead, leaves it in their hands and leaves!! Now you tell me "it's just a mistake"!!! ***?!?!? Should I make " just a mistake" in my line of work, someone might litteraly lose their life, so THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! If you and your courier delivery people are ***********, I will order from abroad in future!! Zero stars from a very disappointed, previously long-standing, loyal customer!!
