UNACCEPTABLE!!! I ordered from Hairhouse Wharehouse for the umpteenth time and my expensive package has been delivered to the WRONG customer, with the driver, knowing that this package is NOT this person's order, but goes ahead, leaves it in their hands and leaves!! Now you tell me "it's just a mistake"!!! ***?!?!? Should I make " just a mistake" in my line of work, someone might litteraly lose their life, so THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! If your courier delivery people are ***********, I will order from abroad in future!! Zero stars from a very disappointed customer!!

I opened a new account with Nedbank three days ago. The new bank cards were delivered yesterday morning but the new account is still not reflecting under my profile on internet banking or the MoneyApp. I have contacted my so-called private banker numerous times and sent emails as well, but it seems that even though you are supposed to be a private client, due to the fact that they are probably not getting enough commission from you and you are not classified as previously disadvantaged, your banking needs are irrelevant to them. I have even been on an hour long call with their client centre, but to no avail. This is absolute pathetic service from Nedbank!!
THE most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Clearly, they don't know who their clients even are!! I instructed them when selling my vehicle to have the tracking system removed and re-installed in my mother's vehicle or have it transferred to the new owner's name, but NO COMPLIANCE!! I sold my one car on 24 September 2024 due to emigrating and called as well as emailed them to inform them and the tracking company on this matter, actually remind them!! NOBODY EVEN RECOGNISED MY REQUEST!! WEELEE LITERALLY STOLE THAT CAR FROM ME AND SOLD IT AT A RIDICULOUS PRICE AS IT WAS BRAND NEW!! WEELEE IS BEYOND PATHETIC!! One night in February 2024, after my 75-year-old mother found me collapsed in my bedroom and calls an ER24 Ambulance, I get rushed to the Emergency Unit of Life the Glynnwood Hospital in Benoni, in a complete catatonic state. My 75-year-old, AND chronically ill, mother packs my IDENTITY DOCUMENT as well as my BESTMED PACE1 MEDICAL AID MEMBERSHIP CARD with ALL my DETAILS together with a few other essentials. I am non-responsive, unable to talk, can't walk, or even move my extremities!! Then an inhumanely rude foreign ER doctor and the nursusing staff call my mother and tell her that I am being uncooperative!! HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO COOPERATE IF I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH ME, I AM ****ING CATATONIC!!! The staff moves me around from one unit to another and even to the hospital (Glynnview) across the road, all the time with my having suffered a suspected stroke, having cardiac fibrillation and severe cardiopulmonary distress, have bilateral pulmonary thromboemboli (diagnosied by using my ****ing out-patient day-to-day benefits to do a a contrast CT scan) and fractured ribs!! BUT, OH, THE ****ING PARAMEDIC "DIAGNOSED" ME WITH AN ANXIETY ATTACK, so I must be a CRAZY psych patient nneding to be admitted to Bush Willow Ward in Glynnview Psych Hospital!! Oh, no, this is physiological issues, so I get "re-admitted" to the High Care Unit, still catatonic, and only after learning to walk again, holding a glass and being able to speak a few words at a time after how many days, I get transferred to the Medical Ward. ALL THIS TIME, GLYNNWOOD HOSPITAL TREATS YOU AS A PRIVATE PAYING PATIENT (WITH WHO'S ****ING PERMISSION, EXHAUSTING YOUR ****ING EXPENSIVE MEDICAL AID'S DAY-TO-DAY BENEFITS?) WHILE HAVING ALL YOUR MEDICAL SCHEME INFORMATION FOR PRE-AUTHORISATION TO ADMIT ME AS AN IN-HOSPITAL PATIENT, BUT THE CASE MANAGERS ARE SO PATHETIC AT THEIR JOBS THAT THE CORRECT CODES, ADMISSION REQUESTS AND OTHER PARAMOUNT INFORMATION IS NOT SUBMITTED TO YOUR MEDICAL AID, WHILE PAYING A LITERAL FORTUNE FOR COMPREHENSIVE COVER PER MONTH!!! After the ordeal you went through, the aftermath of everything, trying to get your life together and go forward, starting working like a slave again, you get an SMS from a computer telling you that you have been handed over because of non-payment!!! Now you expect my elderly mother or myself to go to Glynnwood Hospital to sort this out in person!! Literally *** and with who the **** exactly?? LIFE THE GLYNNWOOD HOSPITAL/ GLYNNWOOD NURSING HOME ****ED UP, BIG TIME!! I AM BEYOND LIVID AND READY TO SUE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE!! I'm appalled at Life the Glynnwood Hospital's service!! Why did you not do your work??? I'm a veterinarian myself (working sole charge for at least 14 hours a day for 15 ****ing years already) almost all of the time and we get crucified and reported to our council if one tiny thing is incorrect. LIFE THE GLYNNWOOD IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND PROBABLY THE MOST PATHETIC HOSPITAL IN THE SOUTHRN HEMISPHERE!!! SEE THIS A A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST LIFE THE GLYNNWOOD HOSPITAL, its doctors, nursing staff, and everyone connected to Life the Glynnwood Hospital!!
Once again you've debited my account last night with another R481.80!! This after you debited my account on 31 October for R963.60 and AGAIN on 1 November for R481.80!!! I am now opening a case of ***** against you and laying complaint against you under the Consumer Protection Act!!!!!
I was rushed by ambulance to the Emergency Unit in a catatonic state on the night of 19/ 20 February 2924 because my elderly mother of 75 years, suffering from chronic osteoarthritis and other chronic illness, could not take me there herself. She made sure to pack my ID AND MEDICAL AID CARD together with a few other essentials. I was completely colappsed, non-responsive, unable to talk, couldn't walk, move my fingers, let alone the fact that I was burning up with fever and couldn't breathe at all. The ****** Paramedic "diagnoses" me with a ****ing anxiety attack and the pathetic foreign ER doctor and nursusing staff takes his word for it!!! They call my mother and tell her that I am being difficult and uncooperative and since Im not giving them the ansswers they want, I get treated like some kind of piece of garbage, being shouted at, hurt immensely by the "so-called Phlebotomist" ti find a vein for blood collection and setting up a drip THAT HURT LIKE HELL!! Then I get moved around, all the time not being able to even urinate by myself or BEING ABLE TO BREATHE, to th Bushwillow ward across the road in Glynview, because I must have overdosed on God knows what (they couldn't find anything in my blood or urine) and I have all the blood tests to prove it, so I must be crazy!! Then I get moved back to Glynnwood High Care again because one GP realised my case was pathophysiological after all!! The ****ing Internist waits days while pumping me full of Diazepam untill my body semi came out of the severe state of shock, but still having severe tremors and muscle fasiculations as well as severe atrio-ventricular fibrillations due to serotonin syndrome, and I HAD TO LITERALLY FEED HIM THE INFORMATION to finally order a contrast CT of my lung, which revealed multiple bilateral pulmonary thromboemboli and a fractured rib. All this ****ing time treating me as a private paying patient!! WITH WHO'S ****ING PERMISSION?????? I ARRIVED AT GLYNNWOOD WITH MY ID AND MEDICAL AID CARD AND I AM ON ONE OF THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE PLANS OF THE MEDICAL AID, but no, the **** ahead and exhaust ALL my day-to -day and outpatient benefits, because NONE OF THEM ARE DOING THEIR ****ING JOBS!!! This internest also ****** me from three weeks of income as he refused to complete my Illness cover claim because I had a mental issue!! ****ing asshole!! BUT, the ****ing paramedic "diagnosed" me with an anxiety attack due overdosing!! ALL THIS TIME, GLYNNWOOD HOSPITAL TREATS YOU AS A PRIVATE PAYING PATIENT (WITH WHO'S PERMISSION?) WHILE HAVING ALL YOUR MEDICAL SCHEME INFORMATION, BUT THE CASE MANAGERS ARE SO PATHETIC AT THEIR JOBS THAT THE CORRECT CODES, ADMISSION REQUESTS AND OTHER PARAMOUNT INFORMATION IS NOT SUBMITTED TO YOUR MEDICAL AID, WHILE PAYING A LITERAL FORTUNE FOR COMPREHENSIVE COVER PER MONTH!!! Their Sales Department is still calling me, on a regular basis to sell me their system, which I, by-the-way, ALREADY had installed in both my cars, unfortunately. Clearly they don't know who their clients even are!! Every time I told them to remove my name and cancel my subscription, but NO COMPLIANCE!! They would have never been able to locate my car in any case since they had my registration number wrong. I sold my one car in September due to emigrating and called as well as emailed them to inform them that the vehicle has been sold. My mother has also been formally added as emergency contact, but all of a sudden they have no knowledge of this, while in the past, she was contacted if ever they could not reach me!! I requested that the tracker be de-installed and re-installed into her vehicle. NOBODY EVEN RECOGNISED MY REQUEST!! I stopped their debiting my account AND OH, NOW, NOW the can call every ****** number and email adress they have!! CARTRACK IS BEYOND PATHETIC!!
Worst two institutions FNB & HP Attorneys. For the past 10 years have been harassed and called threatened by HP Attorneys for my FNB Revolving Loan. I informed them that the loan has been paid in full a decade, even send them the proof of payment and all of a sudden I'm receiving at least 5 calls a day. Today alone I received 6 phone calls from 6 different individuals asking the same and I have to explain myself again. Come to think of it their client, FNB is not better as they haven't once called me after settlementof the loan a decade ago. Not once did FNB communicate with me regarding this loan. Instead they had 5 different debt companies call me and harassing me for the past month. FNB and HP attorneys have no customer service or tact in the manner they deal with people. I would recommend people not to bank with FNB as the institution is cold vacant and not customer orientated. How is it possible after I settled the outstanding balance 10 years ago??? Disgusting service from both parties. I strongly suggest any other bank than FNB!!!
