I bought boar bristle brushes. They arrived and they're extremely cheap plastic, melted on first use with a little heat which I've never seen before. Do not purchase. The delivery was quick and they included a free satchet sample of something I'm not sure what it is, but the money I paid for the **** products won't be reimbursed so I'm not happy with the service if the stuff you're selling is bogus! I asked them to remove their false adverti*****t but there is no response yet. Getting hold of them by phone/email/Whatsapp is non-existent, they will not reimburse, offer an apology or remove **** product listings.
I bought a variety of their frozen foods and had to throw it all away. Not only do they taste incredibly gross, but the pieces that I swallowed made my stomach turn. I swear the cramps felt equivalent to doing gym crunches for a week. How they can sell these vile foods is shocking. Not fit for consumption
My Google Play store token failed. I contacted Google and they said there is no error their end, the issue falls with the provider of the voucher. Prepaid24 proceeded to say "we are just the middleman, unfortunately we cannot do anything". So my money is gone. I told Prepaid24, the Consumer Protection Act protects consumers from this exact nonsense I will take it further. Middleman or not, you have an obligation to the consumer. I did not pay Google, I paid YOU, Prepaid24. They couldn't even bother sending me their proof of purchase from Google, how on earth do consumers know if you aren't just pocketing the money and sending faulty token codes?! Since December 2023 I see they have had complaints, same issue. Not even an IT investigation to fix the error, just "we cannot do anything". Won't recommend, they will pull a fast one and take no accountability for taking money they have no right to take, BY THE WAY Prepaid24, if you say Google is at fault then it is YOUR responsibility to chase up your funds with them since you are their consumer, and I was not their consumer - I was yours, and you should have refunded my money back not take it even though you sent a faulty token code which is YOUR PROBLEM WITH GOOGLE, not mine. Red flag customer service team.
