I bought a 12-piece pot set from Avo, being my first purchase I had high expectations. I thought being affiliated with Nedbank would ensure they're a good service provider. I was misled by the advert as it seemed like a fair deal when it wasn't. Saying the pot set was small is an understatement. It made Wish's items look normal sized lol I complained that I wasn't happy and asked for a refund. Long story short, they've mailed to say they'll process the refund in 3-7 days. I'll see if I get it. Avo's support staff weren't overly professional but they helped me and stayed in touch regarding updates. They managed to turn my experience around in the end, for which I'm grateful. I initially fumed about the service and said I'd never buy from Avo again but I'll reconsider once I receive my refund.
I'm very impressed with the outstanding service the customer support team provided at Hairhouse Warehouse yesterday. I ordered a Brazil Cacau flat iron but when I received it it was unfortunately faulty. I was disappointed and scared that the return process would be lengthy and complicated but was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and helpful they were! They shipped a new iron yesterday, which I received via RAM today and I returned the faulty iron at the same time. They were really wonderful throughout the communication, aways responding with empathy, apologising and going out of their way to ensure I'm happy. Customer service like that is rare!! I was initially upset like I say but they turned my experience around with their positivity and willingness to assist and get a new iron to me promptly. I've been a customer for years, never had an issue like this before but am grateful it didn't escalate and will remain a loyal customer for many more years. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for affordable hair and beauty products!

I'm extremely disappointed in Netstar's service and will definitely not recommend anyone to use them. Last week I purchased a car through Raymond Wolstenholme Motors, they emailed them on Wednesday to advise that we'd need a tracker installed because the car can't be released without one. They advised me that it would take up to 3 days and confirmed that it would be done before Tuesday. This was confirmed in a voice note. Today's obviously Tuesday and soon the working day will be over and I'm still not getting any feedback despite the salesman informing me that they would be installing it today. The service I've received from RWM has been impeccable but I can't say the same about Netstar - their service is an anti-climax. I feel like I've not been made a priority at all. I've messaged them to complain on FB but they've simply not responded, I don't know what else to do. I've made plans based on the fact that I should be getting my car today for the latest but will most likely have to make alternative arrangements as it doesn't look like they'll be coming out today - which is a huge inconvenience to me. I am quite frankly disgusted at their disregard and lack of respect for me as a customer.
My car was broken into in June this year, and I asked my insurance company (MiWay) to have the passenger back window replaced. They arranged for a technician from 24fix to replace the window. The technician ended up breaking the winding mechanism, which they had to replace. The next technician could not assist as the repairs had to be done by a VW dealership, which we had done about two weeks ago. Over the weekend, we discovered that the window is broken again. I've called 24fix a few times, only to be kept on hold until I eventually hang up as I do not have the time or money to waste. They have diligently followed up on the issue over the months, yet when I need to contact them they are unreachable. We were told by VW that they do not guarantee parts not bought by them, so I need 24fix to buy an ORIGINAL part to have it put in so that we don't go through this again. It's been 4 months and this window issue has not been resolved, every time I get a call from 24fix or Miway it's to ask if the car can be taken for tinting but I can't do that if the window is broken. I NEED THIS MATTER RESOLVED WITH URGENCY MY PATIENCE IS RUNNING DRY!!!
I was called by an Agent from Telkom a few weeks ago, offering me a contract that I was really eager to accept, based on the affordability. I was told the phone would be delivered, and no charges would be incurred until the end of the following month. <br> <br> I received a call from Carl at SellDirect, who advised a R90 initiation or service fee would be debited before receiving the package. I accepted this in good faith and was called a few days later for insurance for R30 which I also accepted. After the 10 days waiting period I went to Telkom to ask why my package had not been delivered, they called SellDirect who advised that they could not get permission as Telkom did not approve the contract, according to Telkom they did not approve my package because I had a shared Bank account. <br> <br> This information was never shared with me, I was reassured that I would get the contract within 7-10 working days and long thereafter I have still not heard a word from Telkom to explain the situation, but SellDirect has taken money for something I did not receive.<br> <br> I was hoping to change to Telkom for the affordability of their data and calls, but after this experience I am put off by Telkom :(<br>
