Membership not cancelled

Hi,

i took a membership of Leisure Club in september, and i have been sending emails trying to cancel it but i am not getting a response on my emails. I spoke to the consultant that helped me and informed him that i would like to cancel and he said he would escalate the issue, but nothing has happened so far.

Please assist.
