I applied for the Vodacom VOIP line in July 2021. I received the telephone device on 19 July 2021. For 2 weeks Vodacom did not activate the line. I called them several times to ask for the line to be activated, I kept getting excuses like they cant activate because the number they gave me already belongs to someone else. I got frustrated and I cancelled the line on 30 July 2021. Despite never activating the line I was billed for it. I have also been calling them to come collect the device they gave me, but they are not collecting it. Now I am leaving home, and I am coming back end of November I have no idea what to do with the device. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NOT GET ANYTHING FROM VODACOM. THIS IS MY 3RD COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM IN A SPACE OF A MONTH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD
I am so tired of Vodacom guys. I cancelled a contract and they did not cancel it. I wrote a message here they responded to say that they will give me a credit note. I received my statement yesterday and I was billed for the services. when I call their customer service and ask their consultant says my cancellation is still in process. How long is this nightmare going to last???? what does a person have to do to cancel a contract with Vodacom
Cancelling a contract with Vodacom is such a nightmare. I cancelled my contract on the 10th of June and it was supposed to end on the 31st of July. on the 1st of august I received the benefits of the package. and now they are telling me that my contract will only end on 31st of august.
I called vodacom in December last year to cancel a contract and it was not canceled. I called last week and ask why is it still not called the consultant said she is logging a call with the manager of the person that canceled it before and I will get a refund. This was not done. I have called 2 more times after that and it's still not canceled. Please let me know what I must do to get this contract canceled
I ordered a Rain sim card and it was supposed to be delivered by Ram. They sent me a message on 6 July that they received my parcel. I immediately called them to change the delivery address. And the agent that helped me confirmed that the address will be changed. On 7 July I got another message saying my package is out for delivery. To my surprise it was delivered to the old address. I informed the driver and also the office called and I informed the agent about the change in address. He apologized and said that he can see on the system that I requested the change. He said he will fix it and my parcel will be delivered the next day. The next day I got another email saying my parcel is out for delivery. Once again it was delivered to the wrong address. I'm getting very frustrated about this because I need this SIM card for my kids online classes. When I track it online it doesn't show the location of the parcel. I tried calling the office and I was on hold for 20 minutes.
in the beginning of june I went to Telkom to cancel my contract. They told me a consultant will call me to assist with the cancelation. The consultant called me and informed me that cancelling the contract will incur cancelation cost, I should rather downgrade my package. I downgraded my package from 80 Gig to 5 gig. this was supposed to be effective from 1 July 2020. but today I get an invoice for R499, showing that Telkom charged me for 80 Gig for July. Why Telkom?
I'm a regular shopper at Dischem and I always enjoy my experience. I just wanted to inform you about the rude security guard at your store at Kolonnade mall. Yesterday I was there, I purchased a few things and I put them in a trolley. I was leaving the store she told me to leave the trolley behind as the trolley is for customers that purchase a lot of things. I told her yes I have only one plastic bag but the items inside are heavy. I had Olive oil and coconut oil and other items that made it heavy. She shook her head and told me I can't take out the trolley. This is something small but it was a really annoying experience.
I have Huawei P30 lite that I bought on a vodacom contract. This phone is a dual Sim card phone but the other SIM card slot does not work. Why is vodacom selling dual Sim card phones if they don't want their customers to use them?
Hi, i took a membership of Leisure Club in september, and i have been sending emails trying to cancel it but i am not getting a response on my emails. I spoke to the consultant that helped me and informed him that i would like to cancel and he said he would escalate the issue, but nothing has happened so far. Please assist.
