On the 15th July 2018, my finance and I were on holiday in Durban for the weekend. we were tricked into coming through for a presentation which we sat through and after much discussion with a lady named Natalie signed a contract and paid a deposit for a membership we have not received as yet. no communication regarding our membership number has been sent to us and e are still waiting for any information over a month later. we would love to use this for other holidays and were excited to try it out. we know that the information has been processed since the debit has gone off our account but we received no information as yet. please assist or else i have no choice but to cancel a service i cant use.
