The system of waiting outside in the cold with kids when we come for check ups is really frustrating

The system of waiting outside in the cold with kids when we come for check ups is really frustrating. It's cold, tiring, no chairs to sit on, no nurses to at least let us know what's happening, it's even cloudy and should it rain we don't know where we will be hiding our heads.
