Horrible and rude experience from a lady at the pharmacy, she didn't have a name badge. From being rudely shouted at for taking the correct ticket number, to shouting my meds for everyone to hear, I was rudley told "you took a wrong ticket you will wait!!" Wait where, for who and wait for how long, I was not told, I just had to wait there in limbo embarrassed after being shouted at like a small child in front of everyone, funny and frustrating enough an indian lady was then called after me but she received a lovely approach, even a smile and was assisted while I stupitedly waited. Unapologetic and continuously being rude and assisted another customer before me while I "wait" she finally helps me, I collect my meds while she entertains other pharmacist while assisting me, also telling them that they will work and have no lunch for the day because it was too busy and that one staff member decided to not show up at work. Mind I have always taken a "collect" ticket as I had received a notification to collect my meds and non of the pharmacist had told me that the ticket I pressed was a "wrong" ticket and that I will "WAIT!" prior this experience. I left disrespected, embarrassed, shouted at, discriminated and disappointed and the service from that lady at Clicks trade route, my experience and day was ruined by this lady whom I believe is senior staff and shiuld have treated me with respect, dignity and politeness.
Frustrated by the service, awful experience I must say! After waiting over 30min for my meal they still didn't pack in all that I ordered and paid for. The frustration I had when I got home to not find everything I ordered. To think I waited and waited and waited just for a 6 piece and 6 pop chicken only to not even get it.... This really got me irritated.
I would like to commend Nandos at Trade Route. Their service never disappoints. Their efficiency, top notch, very friendly and welcoming and this goes out to all the staff members, I have never went there and found a person grumpy or moody or not welcoming. Keep up the great work and service.
I've been calling the call center team to assist me, my dish is not working and I've also following the steps on WhatsApp yet nothing still and no one is bothered from the dstv side to call me back and assist. It's now 2 days without a connection and I'm just taken from pillar to post and holding for long with no resolution.

The system of waiting outside in the cold with kids when we come for check ups is really frustrating. It's cold, tiring, no chairs to sit on, no nurses to at least let us know what's happening, it's even cloudy and should it rain we don't know where we will be hiding our heads.

I would like to commend and compliment Mr Ben Sithole for his excellent and most efficient work. He was absolutely willing more than 100% and did not only do his job, he exceeded and helped to the best of his ability. We really need more people like him in the government industry.
Poor service and mistreatment at Ackermans Trade route mall On the 12th of June 2021, I was mistreated at Ackermans Trade Route Mall, as heavily pregnant as I am, the cashier instructed me to go join the long queue after waiting for her to call 3 customers while I was waiting for her to call me, she did not even seem bothered by me standing and waiting and she went on and on about how others customers would complain if she assisted me. Thanks to the customer who was also in the queue, who asked and pleaded that I be assisted first due to my heavy pregnancy. DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE THOUGH. If it was on any other day I would have stood on the long queue but to see and hear her not being concerned nor bothered by me being heavily pregnant on the queue as a woman is defeating and disappointing.
Disappointed in the type of service received at KFC trade route mall. After a long wait for my food (All in one plus) I received old sides of chips and a spoilt coleslaw_ the coleslaw I could give the benefit of doubt that it got spoilt because the weather was hot today, as for the chips I just don't understand, and even if it was hot KFC should sell fresh food to customers irregardless. I'm really disappointed especially looking at the time we spent waiting for the food, I thought good food takes time to be prepared but to my surprise, the total opposite.
