I am really disappointed that during this pandemic and the rate people are losing their jobs are clinics still lack communication with their patients.
I am out of work and was told to go test for COVID-19. Bare in mind this is unpaid leave. I went to lenasia south clinic on Wednesday the 10th of June for a test. When I got there I was told that the swaps they had left were for the next day and that they couldn't swap me at that time and that they had to put my name on some list. These Nurse's didn't care about me, the people I'll be traveling in a with, my family or anyone that could've been at risk. They sent me home and told me to come back the next day. I went back Thursday the 11th of June and I got the test down. I was told that the clinic would call me for my results and no one has called me. I have been calling their number 0118526073 since Monday the 21st of June trying to find out if my results were back or not and when I can expect them but the phone is NEVER answered. How does a big clinic like that have no one to answer the phone. What does this say about our health centres? I am still waiting on my results and I'm frustrated. I don't know what to do
