Just another government institution

The lack of accountability in this place is appalling. There is a useless gentleman called Nathi who is responsible for maintaining electronic impound records. I have been here 3 times and have never once found him in his office. He is always missing and his colleagues never have an idea where he might be. This guy does not belong in public service. The public is forced to study through hard copy records (books) for information He is hired and paid to record.

We need accountability in this establishment. The Captain is aware of Nathi's shenanigans but does nothing to correct the behavior.
