As I approach nearly three weeks into my lease with Lencar Exclusive Properties, I am compelled to share my disappointment with their service and lack of urgency towards repairing my malfunctioning toilet.
Despite promptly reporting the problem, and subsequently following up, it remains unaddressed, leaving me inconvenienced and waste of the earths natural resources as the toilet runs as and when it wishes.
I’m trying to find the “exclusive” in “Lencar Exclusive Properties”.
