Based on recent customer reviews, Leolab receives strong praise for its peptide product effectiveness, particularly for weight loss results using Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and Retatrutide. Loyal customers highlight fast delivery, consistent product quality, and reliable service. However, a recurring concern involves poor after-sales support, with multiple reviewers reporting ignored emails, unanswered calls, and delayed refunds. Additional complaints include missing usage instructions, inadequate reconstitution supplies, and concerns about product integrity during summer shipping. Transparency around third-party testing and product advertising accuracy were also flagged.

Most reliable peptide vendor in SA, in my experience. I’ve been a peptide user for 2+ years and have tried multiple sellers — I’ve even been ****med once, and other issues took weeks to resolve. With Leolab I’ve done 10+ orders and only had one issue, and they replaced it within 2 days. Solid service and consistent delivery.

I decided to rather support a local company than an overseas company and after looking at reviews on multiple sites I decided to go with Leolab. They advertised the 30gm peptide I was interested in as 3 x 10mg vials and even though I knew the product would be less effective, it made financial sense to purchase 3 x 10mg vials. When I enquired about the dosage I should take on the 10gm vials, Leolab informed me that it was only 1 x 30gm vial. This is not what they are advertising on their website hence I cancelled my order. Leolab informed me that they will cancel my order immediately and refund me asap, even though they didn't even ask me for my banking details. I mailed them back with my banking details and since then I haven't received any feedback from them and no need to say I haven't received my refund. I've tried to mail them, What's App them and phone them on the only number available on their website, without any response. Have I been ****med or is Leolab legit and they just don't care about after sales service and taking liability for false advertising. No wonder the public rather support overseas companies.

Leolab has delivered excellent results for me, especially in terms of weight loss. Their peptides have honestly been a life-changer and made a noticeable difference in how I feel and perform day to day. The only downside is that the third-party test results published on their site appear to be outdated. If having the most current lab tests is important to you, you’ll need to reach out to them directly through their contact channels to request the latest ones. Overall, great results and a strong product, with some room for improvement on transparency and updates.

Beware dangerous to purchase from here. So I have previously purchased from a few suppliers, leolab unfortunately service is lacking, but even worse it could also be dangerous. I ordered CJC/ipamorlin & AOD9604 , two vials. Previously I had confirmed with them that you get everything necessary. So they sent me one vial of 3ml bariostatic water, and Sabax Sodium Chloride at 0.9%. No instructions included with the item, or on email. In any case I thought maybe AOD9604 needs to be reconstituted with the Sodium Chloride. I thought I would check Gemini for details. Here is the result “This ampoule contains preservative-free saline, not bacteriostatic water. Once opened and used for reconstitution, it provides no protection against bacterial growth, making multi-dose storage unsafe and increasing infection risk. Additionally, saline can reduce peptide stability, and with peptides like AOD-9604, it may cause cloudiness or clumping, indicating poor dissolution and potential degradation.” The issue was mailed through on Saturday, and it’s Tuesday and yet to get a response. Next, before I purchased I inquired if they provide everything for the full course. this meant 1. Bariostatic water for reconstitution 2. The needle for constituting 3. Insulin syringes for the course 3, alcohols swabs They confirmed via email , yet I did not receive everything. When I followed up (multiple times), I received no response.

Customer service is absolutely terrible! They only reply before you buy a peptide. And this is not even the worst thing about them. My peptides arrived yesterday afternoon, after being out for delivery for the entire day. They should be kept 2-8c while in lyophilized form, they were warm when i received them. It’s summer now. I tried to reach out, no reply. I reconstituted the peptide, pinned in the evening. Allergic reaction. Itchy hands and feet, with also allergic reaction around injection site. One day after, i again try to reach out. No reply. I messaged again explaining what happened to me, no reply. I am being ignored, while i paid for the peptide, had allergic reaction to it, and trying to talk to them. So their business is all about money, they don’t care about customers at all. They even send peptides without any instruction on how to reconstitute them or how to use them, so you have to do all the research yourself.

When assessing peptide suppliers, I prioritize purity testing, manufacturing transparency, and overall reliability. Leolab performs strongly across all of these areas, providing detailed batch analyses and by directing customers to independent review platforms where unbiased feedback—positive or negative—is openly shared.

By selling Retatrutide online, Leolab is not only acting *******ly, but also putting consumers at significant risk. Retatrutide is still very much experimental and is still undergoing clinical trials overseas. The risks are wholly unknown and cannot be extrapolated from the existing similar, but tested and registered medications that available in South Africa, such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro. The consumers are not monitored by a medical professional, and side effects are being noted by several doctors. This dangerous abuse of a substance is guaranteed to lead to trouble. Please don't be impatient and take chances with your health. Use the available medications properly until the trials are completed and Retatrutide is registered as safe to use.
