Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced, and we’d like to address each of your points clearly and transparently.
1) Peptide stability during delivery All our peptides are shipped in
lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which is
extremely stable. Even
a full week in transit at ambient temperatures will not damage them or reduce potency. This stability is one of the main reasons lyophilization is used industry-wide.
Additionally, we pack peptides in
protective foil packaging specifically to reduce temperature spikes during transport.
For complete reassurance, you are welcome to send the peptide in its original packaging to any independent third-party laboratory in the EU or the US. We guarantee that testing will confirm the peptide has
not lost quality or purity, even after the long transit from South Africa to the EU or the US.
2) Support & response concerns Our
primary and priority support channel is email. Emails are automatically converted into support tickets with full traceability, and our
average response time is under one hour.
Channels such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and web forms do not offer the same ticketing and traceability, and during peak periods messages there can unfortunately be delayed or missed. On review, we have
one email from you, which was identical to the message posted publicly and sent almost simultaneously.
To help us respond
faster and more effectively, it’s important that support requests include:
- The specific peptide
- Dosing used
- Mixing ratio
- Timing of the reaction
This allows our team to provide meaningful, accurate assistance rather than generic guidance.
3) Allergic-type reaction Individual reactions can occur and are
not necessarily related to peptide degradation. Local injection-site reactions or histamine-type responses can be influenced by:
- Individual sensitivity
- Injection technique
- Injection site
- Immune response unique to the individual
Please also note that
any peptide can cause a histamine-type reaction due to its biochemical nature and the way peptides interact with
mast cells, especially in more sensitive individuals. In women, even
monthly estrogen fluctuations can increase sensitivity and lead to a heightened response to peptides. It’s important to understand that this is
not a true allergy. Histamine reactions are typically
temporary, self-limiting, and
not dangerous, though they can understandably be uncomfortable.
This is precisely why we always recommend reviewing full instructions and starting conservatively. Which leads to the next point:
4) Instructions Instructions
were already sent to you. If at any point something is unclear, we’re always happy to clarify — provided we have the relevant details to work with.
