Harassing me for debt that I am not aware off

About two months ago out of the blue an Sheriff rocked up at my previous employers office with a summons for me. I was totally shocked when she informed me about this. As she is running a guest house and I lived there for a year they assumed that I still lived there. This is very annoying to her as she feels that the privacy of her tenants get invaded. After I phoned the attorneys they informed me that this was for a doctors account and according to them it was in 2008 with a dr Susan Uys in Medi Clinic in Kuilsriver. I never ever in my life set food in Medi Clinic in Kuilsriver. I also do not recall going to that dr. Now every week the sherrif harass the people at the guest house with a very bad attitude. Even if I had to see a dr how on earth do you treaten people now after seven years for debt. According to me it is illegal to harass someone for debt after three years it was prescribed. Surely this laywers must now how the National Credit Amendment Act of 13 March protects the consumer for unkown debt. I have mailed them twice now without any reply one the mails. I referred this matter to the Ombudsman.
