Not informing their clients correctly. I opened a business account at Capitec a week ago and app**** for a loan on the account. They needed some documents that I have send to them. I was only phoned once to let me know that all is in order. Since then not one word from them. I had to make several phone calls sometimes holding on as long as 40mins. Waisting my time and money. After 4 days I was lucky to get hold of a consultant who informed me that it take 14 days for them to work on the application. Ridiculous. I even visit a branch and they could not assist me. I have left numerous messages for them to call me back, still waiting. They should inform their customers about the turn around time and give feedback.
Bad exoerience when my dog got ill. Refusing to pay out a claim after I have been paying R1000 a month. My dog developed a sist last year December. The syst bursted and she had bleeding inside her ear canal. I had to rush her to the Vet as it was bleeding non stop. The dr drained the syst to prevent Lumpy from dying. In my policy it stated that they pay for emergencues and her yearly vacinations. As Lumpy were not on the plan for a year at that time, the dr could not operate to remove the sist. To safe Lumpy's life, the Vet had to drain it. I then got a email from them that the whole claim was rejected. They even refused to pay for her yearly vacs. I was then informed that they can only cover tumours and systs aftet a year. That I totally understand but the syst was not removed. Then I was informed again that any claim related to tumours or systs will not be paid out. My question is, we never claimed before and after paying more than R10000 my claim was rejected. I could have out that money in a savings account and pay the Vet direct. For nearly a year I have been waisting money. Lumpy's life was in danger and she would have died of infection. I really need some advice.
King Price and Bizcash life insurance a big ****m. My husband took out a loan with Bizcash, he had to take out the compulsary insurance with King Price. He wanted to use another insurance for dissability but Bizcash declined it. As he is a farmer, he lost his eyesight a year ago and are completly blind in his one eye. Then his other eye also began to give problems. At this stage he is unable to drive and can not get a drivers lisence. He can bearly see. As he needs his eyes to farm, he is unable to farm now. Bizcash was aware that he is a farmer when he took out the loan with Bizcash. He has been struggling for over a year to get the outcome from King Price and Bizcash. A week ago he was informed that he need to be totally blind before they pay out life claims. This is totally ridiculous as he needs his eyes and can't do his job now.
Worst service ever. After a year just promises and one excuse upon the otherm They promise to contact you after a year no outcome. Stay away fro these company when it comes to life insurance. They take your money but the moment they need to pay out they are missing in action. Not even reporting them to the Ombudsman helped, rhey even bul**** them. Worst nightmare ever with a bunch of lies and totally useless.
It has been a year that we are struggling with King Price to settle my husband's disability policy due to blindness. My husband has gone through all the medical tests, and all relevant documentation has been handed in to no avail. It has now been escalated to their Ombudsman also to no avail. We are constantly subjected to no response and when we contact them we are met with umpteen excuses. My husband is unable to work and currently no income is forthcoming which has made our situation a dire matter. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Mariechen
What a joke. I inherited my friends dogs after she died. She had them covered by OnePlan for three years. She never claimed. Then Dotsure contacted me and convinced me that they are the best Two weeks ago the JR had a accident. After taking him to the Vet and have submitted all the documentation, they declined the claim. According to them the accident was a existing condition. This is absolutely rubbish. Well wasting money once again. Beware to join medical insurance for your furries.

I have been trying to get in touch with Fda since 3 weeks ago. Their lines is, always busy. I lost my job and went under debt review. I have been paying them money since October 2021 and up until today they never paid any of my accounts. I can't even arrange payments with my debtors as they first need to cancel my debt review status. Plse can u help, I am desperate as they are stealing my money each month.
Leapfrog Durbanville withholds deposit. Not supplying invoices to tendants. Using the deposit without consulting the renter first. After a month after we moved out, still no feedback from the agent. Requested feedback on several occations without any sucess.
We have been struggling to get our phones on for 4 days. I have spoken to 15 different consultants and everyone told me a different story. Totally telling lies to customers. As we have a business the business is losing money now. Paperwork was not done correctly and after several times of visiting a store it is still not done.
