Pathetic and disrespectful service from agent

I would like to complain about an agent named Adri Evangelista. My partner and I rented an apartment from her, throughout the duration of our stay she has been blatantly rude, unprofessional and unethical. She did not check the apartment and the faults that came with when initially allowing us to rent and proceed with the proper protocols but had no issue in accepting our deposit, we then moved out and she shifts the blame unto us as if we were the ones who caused the damage yet we had told her about our concerns. She speaks with a very disrespectful tone and manner and should NEVER be in a position where she deals with people. She has tarnished the companies name and I will definitely never recommended her or this company to anybody. It is absolutely pathetic to have somebody with such uncouth behaviour to be apart of this establishment.
