Employees that are ill treated

I worked for this company for 4 months and they ****** me my money, people are crying everyday here but they are puzzled and do not have the right platforms to use in order for them to get help. Even the tips that the guests leave for staff doesn't get to the right hands at the right time. People like myself that are exposed to the outside life on the industry are mostly hated and mistreated as they are bringing light to the rest of the staff members.

I need help on where do I go.
