No refund,no response, no proper contacts, basically ****med.
I stayed over on the weekend of the 13th February 2026,My only complaint is that It has been well over 14 days and I still have not received my R1000 deposit,I cannot get a straight answer from staff or management,all that's was said was after 14 days the money will be refunded.It is like no one knows what's going on or everyone @ the reception area is doing some sort of **** to take people funds.NO one even bothers with any updates.

Employees that are ill treated
I worked for this company for 4 months and they ****** me my money, people are crying everyday here but they are puzzled and do not have the right platforms to use in order for them to get help. Even the tips that the guests leave for staff doesn't get to the right hands at the right time. People like myself that are exposed to the outside life on the industry are mostly hated and mistreated as they are bringing light to the rest of the staff members. I need help on where do I go.

Tranquil gem in the "Cape's French Corner" Franschhoek
Firstly, the food was AMAZING! Compliments to the resident Chef. Went for work, had a really comfortable, relaxing stay. The staff are all very friendly, professional and very helpful. I look forward to returning as a private visitor.

Tranquil gem in the "Cape's French Corner" Franschhoek
Firstly, the food was AMAZING! Compliments to the resident Chef. Went for work, had a really comfortable, relaxing stay. The staff are all very friendly, professional and very helpful. I look forward to returning as a private visitor.

Deceiving advert for special
My friends and I saw a winter weekend special on Instagram the add written it was hotel room "Including a 3 course meal, Lunch/ Dinner, Friday-Saturday" we booked to reserve our accommodation and pay the whole amount for the weekend. We were not told that the Lunch or dinner is for one day, our understanding was that lunch/dinner is for Friday and Saturday as per their advert. After couple of days after the payment they told us to choose which date and time are we going to it our Lunch or Supper, all of a sudden we should choice one day either Friday or Saturday or Sunday lunch. We are not happy we feel that they are taking advantage of us.

Downright Dirty
<p>Not the weekend I expected. Hair in basin and bath, dirty cutlery, slimy shower floor, shortage of towels and robes and an unprofessional manager with nothing to offer but empty promises. Surely this is not the best that Franschoek can offer in terms of accommodation. </p>
