No refund,no response, no proper contacts, basically ****med.
I stayed over on the weekend of the 13th February 2026,My only complaint is that It has been well over 14 days and I still have not received my R1000 deposit,I cannot get a straight answer from staff or management,all that's was said was after 14 days the money will be refunded.It is like no one knows what's going on or everyone @ the reception area is doing some sort of **** to take people funds.NO one even bothers with any updates.

02 Mar 2026, 16:39Today received confirmation that I can now go to my bank to inquire about the holding deposit,called Lermatarge and received a excellent service from the staff that was on duty,think the gentleman's name is Whisper who assisted,as he promised i received the necessary documents needed to resolve the issue, I still have not been refunded but its in the process as there is communication this time.
