Amazing experience
Amazing service, tranquil place. A big thank you to Gavin, Matthew, Eugene, Neville and Bradwin as well as the house keeping staff.Thank you for your professionalism, your smiles and warm welcomes. It made the whole experience complete. Through and through it was lovely.

Pathetic!!!!
1 star is even too good for them!!! Pathetic!!! Ordered something online paid immediately for it. Track the order everything is in order up until the item arrived. The main item was not there when I checked with them I was told it had been cancelled. Without any notice nothing!!! Beyond mad and now they refuse to give me the item for that price. I paid for it and I was not the one who cancelled it. Throughout the tracking process the item was there now its cancelled... Disgusted and I was such a loyal customer I will never support them again if this is the treatment one gets
