So after allmost 2 weeks and NO Reply to my Complaint over Email ill make this public! Wonderful Casa Toscana and Lesi Restaurant Yet again You disappointed me!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE EMAILD Anette and after all the information I have given! NO RESPONSE! SO HERE IS MY STORY!

Dining at LeSi Restaurant...

Hubby and i Wanted to Celebrate our 2nd Wedding anniversary On Sunday 22 July 2018, We desided to book at LeSi Restaurant for the all in one experience, Food, Fine Dine and entertainment...

WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT.... After no luck phoning Chantelle... Only goes to voice mail we tried phoning the venue itself... After the 3rd attempt we were finally put through to Prince... He explained to us the cost of the evening and the entertainment from 19h30...(stated on your website too)..

Got there we were seated in a lovely cozy table right next to the fireplace.(very impressed and excited to have the whole experience)

Ordered our drinks and our waiter brought the tablets for us to choose the desired starter, main and dessert, Having no idea what to expect we ordered our starters..The Mushrooms was tasteless, The Garlic Escargot was Delightful but not like advertised (got 5 snails with garlic souce on half a bun) . Then Mainmeal... When we were served the mains. I then asked if we dont get the mouse and sorbet pallet cleansers, We were then (after i had to ask) informed that there is something wrong and we were not to be served those 2 dishes as advertised... But to make up he will give us more truffles...

We got Our Mainneals I Had the steak and it was done to perfection, Hubby had the Lambshank and the souce tasted like pure Tomato Puree.. It took away the whole taste of the lambshank....

Got the dessert and was once again disappointed.. We asked for the Creme Brule, not at all what was discribed on the menu, there was little/no sugar ontop and no strawberries...

To End off the night with only a 4 course Meal with NO Entertainment (as advertised and promised over the phone) we paid FULL price...and came all the way from Krugersdorp...

I Really wanted to make the evening special because it was our Anniversary..

We went home very disappointed and our soo Called special evening was ruined...

AND THAT WAS IT!!!! NOTHING GETS DONE! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND LESI RESTAURANT AND CASA TOSCANA VENUE TO ANYONE!
