Horrible service provider, poor customer service and a *******.. Ever since we had their meter installed with no proper instructions we have been struggling with water. Bought R300 worth of water in less than 7 days the meter is blocked again no one can help when you call their customer care or WhatsApp line. Can Joburg Water come reinstall the meter we had before this *********** provider.

We gave no water, they introduced this system in Protea Glen and right now we don't have water. I've called and sent emails and Facebook messages but no reply. Could you kindly bring back our old meter or come restore our water.

Worst decision ever made by joburg water, I just got my box last month, I cnt buy water. Joburg water says it's not their department and lesira is just not answering their calls. What **** is this when all we are trying to do is be good citizens and buy water. We try do things right but yall are failing us yet people who don't pay for water are put on pedestal.

What **** is this when all we are trying to do is be good citizens and buy water. We try do things right but yall are failing us yet people who don't pay for water are put on pedestal.

At this point I am fuming and extremely angry. I got home last evening (Lion Pride) and there was no water at my home only. I tried about 4 Lesira numbers to all of them being off. So we could not be serviced or helped with the no water issue. Mind you, it is mid week - we have work and school. It is 06:55 and the phones are still off. We have no water but our meter has water in it. It is the second time I get such and I am about tired of this ****!! Lesira is worse than City of Joburg. How do you not have Technicians on standby for emergencies?

I have been having issues with my meter for the past 3 weeks. I have been sending emails and trying to call Lesira Teq but there's absolutely no customer care there. I got 1 response from Edwin over a week ago instructing the team to assist but nothing. When I call, it always says the person on that extension is on the phone. Can someone please assist me here. I haven't had water in over a week.

They don't even deserve this 1 star I'm supper annoyed and ****ed with employees of this contractor are rude and unprofessional, i am even planning to take up Mike on a personal level i wanna see his strength coz he takes advantage of elderly people, I heading to Ombudsman coz we are deprived basic human rights right no.... Ooh so help me God we must not cross paths in the state I'm in now i doubt he'll come out alive

This company service sucks, I have been reporting a meter issue from November till today my issue is not sorted. Worse case scenario I’m building now the construction has to stop because of Lesira’s poor service. They always say they’ll send a technician but he or she doesn’t pitch Lufherang must cancel its contract with you guy because of zero service delivery. I’m even thinking of selling that house because I can’t live like this… I need my meter fixed asap at house number 5127 lufherang ext 5 it’s been very long now. Stop lying to me if you can’t help me be honest

I am disappointed by this company, there service is very poor with useless devices that doesn't work, I reported an issue 2 weeks ago till today the issue has been resolved no update :-(
