Horrible service provider, poor customer service and a *******.. Ever since we had their meter installed with no proper instructions we have been struggling with water. Bought R300 worth of water in less than 7 days the meter is blocked again no one can help when you call their customer care or WhatsApp line. Can Joburg Water come reinstall the meter we had before this *********** provider.
I'm trying to make payment on my account since Saturday I'm requested to take a selfie on the app but their app doesn't even get to the selfie page it loads forever now I'm trying to log on I'm advised that I've reached the number of live verifications. I know my login details just removed the silly enhancement you've placed there coz it doesn't work and this will cause my to be now ne in arrears. I'm so unhappy with you
I have been trying to get hold of SARS for a few months because I am unable to log on to my online app now I receives an email that I owe them for not submitting returns. I stay on the line for over 30 minutes only to get cut off the ended up getting a request for a callback, the gent called me but still cannot assist with my app he said he will log a call for me to be called back but till now there's no call but yet I owe them? How if I'm not even able to login to submit the tax return?
I'm annoyed by how long they are taking to deliver my order, I placed an order on the 20th January they kept delivering my parcels one by one now the last item has still not been received to date it has been with the couriers and apparently on its way to me since last week Tuesday.. What's taking so long? I've sent emails questioning why an order should not be delivered at once why is it delivered in bits? As a result I'm still waiting for the last item. I can't even leave the house in case they decide to come coz they don't call they just rock up at the gate and hoot.
Truworths is truly very PATHETIC, I am still awaiting feedback with the incorrect watch they delivered to me.. Now I call them they have "a high call volume" I just need that money for the watch now refunded and I will drop of the pathetic incorrect order to their nearest Truworths because I will wait for the Driver for the next 5 years.
I am disappointed with Truworths Online, I ordered two items with order number o300167001 I received an incorrect watch which belongs to a different with client (order o300141429) I contacted Truworths and was advised that the driver will contact me shortly to take the incorrect parcel and give me the correct that belongs to me, to date I have not received any call from the lady that promised that she will follow up with me, yesterday I received a call from a driver who said he is on his way but to only collect the incorrect parcel but he doesn't have the correct one does that even make sense? It's been a whole week and this R599 has already been added to my account statement however I do not have the watch.. This is disappointing and uncalled for can someone just do their job I just want the correct item I ordered and this incorrect one to be picked up ASAP I am really not happy with the service.

Worst service.. Delivery was supposed to take place on Wednesday/Thursday and was routed to driver Rendani Tshiitakhole however this didn't happen and according to the notes on my waybill number aaaa0814174 a text was sent to me and this is a lie I didn't receive a text which will give me a ref number that I need to provide to the driver when they get here.. I called and was advised that as per notes I refused to sign for delivery but the delivery didn't even get to me and I didn't receive any SMS or call I see on the website again it says my parcel is routed to the same person who didn't follow the process and added false notes whereas the parcel didn't get to my house. This is really unacceptable can I receive the SMS I am supposed to receive on my mobile number and can my parcel be delivered to my house 223 lilac street Dobsonville Gardens.
I ordered items online however the wrong stuff was delivered to the store in Carlton Centre, I called Truworths online to advise but I was told to go any store near me for assistance, I've been in contact with a very helpful lady from Carlton Centre but she's not getting any help from the online guys, please take responsibility and accountability for your error and fix it because this is really unacceptable I have been billed for items I didn't even receive.. Please fix this error by today Carlton Centre can't fix an error they didn't do my order number is o64593381
I went to Zola Shoprite liquor store on Friday evening just as I was about to pay at the till two armed men walked in demanding the we don't look at them, the security guards vanished and the lady at the till was very calm and so were all the people in the shop. I lost my wallet in the shop and I can't get the image of the dark skinned chubby guy waving his gun at me, this looked like a hit organized by people working in store looking at the way the lady at the till handled the situation I'm not sure if maybe that's how they were trained but I would like to see the footage from Shoprite liquor Zola from 7:30 to 7:45pm on Friday the 13th to see who made it out of the store with my wallet and work stuff inside the wallet and I need Shoprite to organize counseling for me for this traumatic experience.
