Bad service given to students
I have a nephew who is a student at CUT, FS and is renting a room at Rumah court which is one of the buildings managed by Leslie Barnard Property Investments. My nephew (staying in room 1B1) complained about a bed that is not comfortable and is difficult to sleep on. He was told that if he is not happy with the bed he can move out. The bed has a plank underneath and the matress is very old and has holes in it. I tried contacting the agency last week and sent them the pictures of the bed to show them the situation of that bed. I was told that they will attend to it and to this day nothing has been done. The condition of that bed is not good at all for someone to sleep on especially someone who is paying rent every month. This rental business over charge on electricity and will find ways to keep your deposit at the end of a lease agreement. They will charge you for one day late payment but will not pay in time when they have to pay you. Rather find another rental business to rent from.
