I bought a laptop from FNB in 2018 (FX 570 UD). The motherboard broke and a technician from Digital Planet confirmed that the motherboard broke. The laptop was then sent to LMR. When I received the laptop back they replaced it with the wrong motherboard variant (2 GB Vram instead of 4 GB Vram). Note this took over 2 weeks.
After communicating Digital Planet (Platinum Warranty) a few times I got them to fix that error. This took another 2 weeks. When I received the laptop back the second time, the LAN port protector was broken and completely gone...
At this stage I dont know who is to blame FNB for not checking who Digital Planet uses for repairs or Digital Planet who clearly have not seen LMR's hellopeter account.
So after almost a month without my laptop and broken parts I can only say I am shocked. I am very disappointed in the the service that I received and would not recommend LMR to anyone.
