BIG ****MERS Awful company, outside of waranty i advise you to run and take your losses. We had them over for our Samsung washer that broke after only 4 years. Since Samsung uses this company for some reason. It took over 1.5 week before we finally could speak to someone, within this time the washer completely gave up. I emailed about this with an employee of Letmerepair. After those emails i recieved a qoute for fixing. The technician showed up to only confirm what i communicated with them trough email. After this visit i recieved a new quote far exceeding the purchase amount of the washer. Since this was not interesting at all we did not go trough with fixing the machine. But we did recieve a bill for the first visit. This company is deliberately trying to real you in with little costs first to try and maximize the money they can earn on you as a customer. They do not listen to reason and since its really hard to contact them, as a customer you got nowhere to go. They make threats with big fines for not paying. BIG ****MERS!

Let Me Repair George-Stay away
Gave my laptop to these guys on the 12 Feb 2023. I stressed the urgency of having my laptop for work. I am at my end. It is March already and I still don't have my laptop. I don't get any feedback, ordering a part take ages. Doing the work..... I had to pay for the repairs beforehand. So they have my money and laptop that is worth a lot. My laptop was very slow. Think it had a virus. How can I get my laptop back. This company is very slow, and feel nothing for their clients.

What a circus and these guyes even pretend they are you
Let me Repair Cape Town South Africa should be an embarrassment! Let me Repair does warranty repairs for FNB and unfortunatly I had to make use of you with a faulty HP device received from FNB. Opened the laptop to replace the motherboard. Faults not repaired. 5 days later and not a word back from you! And this on a laptop is still under guarantee. 04/06 replacement: This is my experience with this pathetic company! Welcome to the circus. This is where we mess you around. We don't answer our phones and if you have a fault with a product we replaced we don't assist. Replacement laptop packed up 28 April, not even a month old. Cost me thousand to set up and now again to test for fault. Still not a word from this circus and even less from FNB. The Ombudsman will handle this seeing that you think people will just let you con them and walk all over them....companies like this should not be allowed to operate

Extremely bad service
I bought a laptop from FNB in 2018 (FX 570 UD). The motherboard broke and a technician from Digital Planet confirmed that the motherboard broke. The laptop was then sent to LMR. When I received the laptop back they replaced it with the wrong motherboard variant (2 GB Vram instead of 4 GB Vram). Note this took over 2 weeks. After communicating Digital Planet (Platinum Warranty) a few times I got them to fix that error. This took another 2 weeks. When I received the laptop back the second time, the LAN port protector was broken and completely gone... At this stage I dont know who is to blame FNB for not checking who Digital Planet uses for repairs or Digital Planet who clearly have not seen LMR's hellopeter account. So after almost a month without my laptop and broken parts I can only say I am shocked. I am very disappointed in the the service that I received and would not recommend LMR to anyone.

Let Me Repair Sucks!!!
Let Me Repair is the worst company that I ever worked for in my 22 years of working. They are so unprofessional, disorganised and unprepared. They rob their staff of pay as they expect you to work overtime but they refuse to pay overtime. You bend over backwards to do your job, sacrifice your social life and private time but there is no appreciation. You come to work late 1 day and you get given a warning letter. How pathetic. There is no give and take only take. They simply use, abuse and exploit you. You give a finger and they take the whole arm. They just a small fish company and they thought they could swim with the big fish but they lost a big contract after just 3 months at their Johannesburg branch. Just goes to show what goes around comes around. They made working conditions so bad for me that I resigned with immediate effect after onky working there for 2 months and I didn't even have another job or something else to fall back on. I don't advise anyone to even consider working for Let Me Repair because you will regret it. Just wanted to warn other people so that they don't make the same mistake I made.
