We paid for installation and setup. They didn't adhere to the original discussions. There reception is bad and we had to wait two weeks for them to come and fix the problems. They are not at all into excellent customer service 🙄 😒 😑1 reply

They notified me that my parcel would be delivered yesterday. I waited. No one called me. Then they notified that the address and telephone number could not be reached. Buffalo delivered my stuff without any hassle. The never called because my phone records all calls. Promise unlimited data when signal on loop is good
Promise unlimited data when signal on loop is good. Signal was excellent for almost the whole afternoon and all of a sudden it starts going down while signal on device shows full coverage. Now when I ask questions they don't come back to me because I think they are throttling my data. Why say it is unlimited if that is not what they mean?1 reply
