Nedbank not capable to handle insurance policies & claims
I have a policy with Nedbank Insurance. I have been struggling for 2 months to be reimbursed for a claim on my policy. After one month I logged a complaint with Nedbank. I have been receiving various excuses as to why my claim could not be loaded and non of them make any sense. I want to be reimbursed immediately for the repairs I ended having to do and pay cash for due to incompetence from Nedbank. I don't advise anyone to take out mechanical repair policies with Nedbank as they are not capable when it comes to Insurance Policy claims & reimbur*****ts. Instead you will be fed stories which are hard to believe, you will NEVER get the promised call back, your reimbur*****t will hang mid air and you will not get feedback

device assessed lies at branch for 8 months now damaged and i demand replacement
PACKARD BELL LAPTOP UNDER WARANTY AND DEFECTIVE. TOOK EDGARS 4 MONTHS JUST TO BOOK THE DEVICE FOR ASSESSMENT. A MONTH LATER THE ASSESSMENT IS ONLY DONE AND AT THAT TIME THE WARANTY EXPIRED AND THE DEVICE WASN'T REPAIRED. IT WAS WITH THE CENTURY CITY BRANCH FOR 8 MONTHS BEFORE I RECEIVED IT BACK! NO EMAILS NO CONTACT WHILE IT WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION AND RETURNED TO ME WITH NO CHARGER. THEY SUPPLY ME A CHEAP KNOCK OFF CHARGER AND I SUSPECT IT BLEW THE MOTHERBOARD. NOW I HOLD EDGARS LIABLE TO REPLACE THE DEVICE AND ALSO REIMBURSE ME FOR A LAPTOP I HAD TO RENT WHILE MY DEVICE WAS GATHERING DUST IN THEIR STORE!

You won't get your deposit back here .
Collected a replacement rental from Loop Street (arranged by Century city branch manager). Vehicle was meant to be ready for collection at 9, arrived at 10 and car was NOT ready, fuel 65km from empty, no inspection sheet. As I had an appointment I agreed to return the car with the same amount of fuel. Returned the rental on 8th, no updates was made with regard to fuel. Still haven't received my deposit back! Definitely won't recommend and would not use this company again!

theft of rental deposit for general repairs and maintenance
short term rental while the tenant is abroad and you will end up paying for repairs and maintenance that has not been done to the apartment in years! No paint in years, skirting loose for years, cracked tile for years and now all of a sudden this is being fixed with our deposit. Accused of taking items that I know was left behind and never used

THE COURIER GUY DONT DELIVER SAME DAY SERVICE I PAY FOR
Paid for same day delivery and again the same problem I have with your company for the past year….the same day delivery was not delivered! You seem to have the same problem that NEVER gets resolved and there is No apology or explanation, but yet I am BILLED FULL RATE EVERY TIME FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY THAT YOU CANNOT DELIVER. The explanation is not needed as it's clear its due to negligence that is simply overlooked and never addressed and solved

NO ICC CODE SUPP**** WITH SUBLIMATION INK AS THEY CLAIM NONE IS NEEDED, WELL YOUR INK CERTAINLY REQUIRES IT. PRINTING WITHOUT ICC CODE RESULTS IN TERRIBLE DULL PRINTS AND I UNHAPPY

placed my order 04/07 with Smartcall. A week later still no delivery and no further correspondence. I contacted RAM on 08/07/22 and was promised the delivery would be Friday still. 2 Days later and still nothing!
